Frank Campbell has worked construction for over 35 years and has built cell sites for 30 of those years.
Excavation, Concrete & Groundwork
Highland Communications DBA Campbell Builders offers secialized site - prep for most construction applications. We have build water systems and cleared roads. Our experience with cellular communications sites includes site preparation, antennas and lines, building set, excavation, trenching, concrete, rebar & grounding.
Maintenance & Repair
Communications towers as they age need to be upgraded. Antennas and lines need replacing. Equipment and buildings need to be moved or improved. Highland has done it all for the Federal Government and local municipalities, as well as many cell carriers. We can do sweeps and PIM Testing as well as troubleshooting problematic sites.
